The truth is 80% of fighters who pursue a professional career wouldve been better off in a 9 to 5. 10% make a decent career living 10% get to live it up You got to remember, people who work 9 to 5 work from 20y to like 65y. Fighters got to make nearly all of their career earnings before 40y. Unless their one of the lucky few that can own a gym, become a commentator, etc.
